About Us
The name you can trust.
Reputation is the business plan
Since 1999, owner Tim Stile has built a solid reputation as one of Johnston and Wake counties’ most trusted businesses. We believe an honest, reliable name is the recipe for success: our people bring integrity, character, respect and manners to your home, and are honest with you, with themselves, and with your belongings.
While others profit by cutting corners or recommending unnecessary services, we believe consistent, trustworthy work builds lasting relationships — and a business that serves this community for the long run.
Tim’s story
Tim grew up in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania and on Long Island, New York. In 1990 he moved to Selma, NC, worked as an electrician’s helper, and found his calling in the trades. He attended Wake Technical College — a year for electrical, a year for heating and air conditioning — and in 1998 passed the NC State Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors to become a licensed electrician, along with his NC refrigeration license and EPA Universal certification.
He hasn’t stopped studying since: solar PV and thermal systems, wind power, energy auditing, and certification as a Building Analyst Professional through the Building Performance Institute.
These days Tim also passes the trade on. He teaches electrical trades at Rolesville High School and helps put on the V.O.L.T. student electrical competition hosted there — where student teams wire and bend conduit alongside working contractors, judged by city electrical inspectors. His students have taken first place and graduated straight into electrical careers. When J-CO shows up at your door, you’re getting the electrician who teaches it.
